| 摘 要： | 通过浅析素质教育对高师校园体育文化的要求和大学体育新课程的目标、课程评价及其对大学生的基本要求，结合校园体育文化的作用，强调以人为本，转变高师体育教育观念，创设高师校园体育文化氛围，培养学生终身体育意识；发展高师校园体育行为文化和物质文化，推动全民健身计划的实施．

| Abstract: | This paper gives an analysis of educational reguirements to physical culture in teachers college along with the objective and evaluation of the new P.E course, as well as the basic reguirements for college students. In order to promote the enforcement of national exercising program, it emphasizes the importance of humanity orientation, the transformation of concepts, the creation of physical culture atmosphere and the cultivation of student's lifelong physical consciousness. |
