2004年全国健美操锦标赛我院健美操队成套动作技术水平的研究

采用文献资料法、录像统计法和对比分析法,对2004年全国健美操锦标赛中沈阳体育学院健美操队的成套动作与各单项冠军选手的成套动作进行技术指标定量统计分析。结果表明:我院运动员参赛成套动作的编排设计思路、发展方向与我国健美操的发展趋势基本一致;我院选手在成套动作完成过程中表现出的技术规范性、健美操专项技术的发力控制以及技术魅力方面与其他高水平选手相比还有差距,我院选手难度动作的完成质量还有待提高。

Quantitative Statistics of Technical Level of the Whole Set of Routine Movement of Aerobic Team of Shenyang Physical Education Institute in 2004 National Aerobics Championship

By the methods of literature consultation,video statistics and comparative analysis,this paper analyzes the quantitative statistics of technical indexes between Shenyang Physical Education Institute's Aerobics and every single winners of the whole set of routine movement in 2004 National Aerobics Championship,it shows that the designing methods and developmental directions of our institute's athletes routines are consistent with the national trend.Compared with national high-level athletes,we have an obvious distance in technical standardization,the control of force and technical charm displayed during finishing the whole set of routine movement.The completion quality of difficulty movements of our institute's athletes need to be improved.
