| 摘 要： | 随着信息经济时代的到来,人们的生产和生活发生了巨大的变化,在享受信息技术所带来的巨大便利和福利的同时,由于信息技术的高度发达,个人隐私被窥探的现象越来越多。这种现象的出现有其经济的、历史文化的、人性的和技术方面的原因。随着网络的不断普及,如何保障个人在网络交往的隐私权已成为全社会普遍关注和迫切要求解决的问题。

| Abstract: | With the coming of the information society,people’s life has changed a lot.They enjoy the great convenience and welfare brought by network technology.But on the other hand,it endangers the privacy of people.This phenomenon has its economic,historical,cultural and technological reasons.How to guarantee the right to privacy is becoming a urgent question which is required to be solved. |
