| 摘 要： | 社会主义精神文明建设是一项长期、艰苦、复杂的任务，它不仅需要建立一套完整的激励机制，更应重视构建一套完备的法律法规，使其逐渐步入法制化的轨道。本文从精神文明建设法制化问题的必要性、可行性、对策三个方面来说明其法制化的问题。
