| Abstract: | This paper covers the main development of inward and outward direct investment in China from 1983 to 2003.It also expounds the development direction of China's direct investment based on foreign direct investment cycle theory of Dunning.Simultaneously,it studies the direct influence of inward and outward investment on China's international trade development on the basis of inward direct investment of foreign countries and outward direct investment of China. |
