高校体育课程教学模式研究

高校体育教育正在向体育与健康教育转变。针对高校体育课程中存在的问题,提出改革大学体育教学理念,从高校体育的课程设置体系、教学内容和方式、课程评价等方面进行改革,使学生形成健康第一和终身体育思想,培养全面发展的复合型人才。

Research on College Physical Education Curriculum Teaching Mode

The physical education of College changes toward to the physical education and health education.In view of existing problem of college sports curriculum,this paper puts forward to reform college physical education teaching idea,from the college physical education curriculum system,teaching content and mode,curriculum evaluation and other aspects of reform,makes students form the health first and the idea of lifelong physical education,and cultivate the compound talents.
