美国基础教育教师在职开发的策略

摘    要:美国按照现代人力资源开发的思想设计了完善的中小学教师在职开发体系。该体系具有主动性、有效性和目的性三个突出特点。而在职开发行为策略有七种,即新教师的入门指导、指导教师对新教师的实质性介入、教学项目研究、教师学习型组织、教师教学绩效评价、教学现场督导、同伴互助式的教学技能训练。

Abstract:American in-service development system of teachers in primary and middle school is based on the thought of modern human resources development.This system has three distinct characteristics-initiative,validity and intentionality.There exist seven methods of in-service development which include beginning teacher induction programs,mentoring,quality circles,teacher centers,assessment centers,clinical supervision,and peer-assisted leadership.We can borrow experiences from them.
