中国制造业产业的兴衰识别研究

首先对产业兴衰的内涵做了较为详尽的探究,提出了产业有相对兴衰和自然兴衰两重含义。在"新型制造业"理念的引领下,构建了经济创造能力、科技创新能力与环境友好程度三维评价指标体系。从横向和纵向两个角度判断了产业的兴衰程度。并在"成长产业"、"成熟产业"和"衰退产业"中各筛选出了一个典型产业做了中美之间的对比,验证了本文所划分的产业类型的合理性。

Recognition the declining manufacturing industries and growing manufacturing industries in China

This paper dentally studied the essence of the declining industries and growing industries,views that decline may be divided into absolute and natural declines.Under the guidance of the concept of new manufacturing,created the economic,scientific and environment-friendly level three-dimensional evaluation index system.To Judge the natural rise and fall of industry,proposed a growth rate of industrial added value,the proportion of R&D expenditures to sales revenue and energy consumption unit output.Finally,this paper compared the evaluation results.
