2010年全国青年体操锦标赛男子自由体操比赛分析

运用专家访谈法、录像分析法和数理统计法,对2010年全国青年体操锦标赛自由体操项目难度情况、完成情况和动作编排情况进行研究,研究发现:动作编排主要集中在向前和向后的技巧动作,前直360-720和后直540-900成为青年组向前和向后动作的首选,结束动作大部分采用后直720或后直1080为结束动作;绝大多数还是以C组难度为主,D组以上的难度动作上占有一定的比例,青年组动作的连接主要集中在D+C的连接,D组以上的连接在青年中基本上还未曾出现;"稳、准、难、美、新"仍是体操发展永恒的主题,尤其新规则的颁布,增加了动作在难度方面的导向;由于部分年轻裁判在评分过程中经验不够,分差较大,造成个别成绩不能代表运动员的实际水平。

The Analysis on the Male Floor Exercise Of Nationwide Young Gymnastic Championship

According to the present statistics of Pommel Horse Competition in 2010 Nationwide Young Gymnastic Championship, using the methods of documents, expert interview, video observation and statistics, this paper an- alyses floor exercise is mainly concentrated in the forward and backward technique action, salto forward with 1/1 - 2/1 and salto backward with 3/2 -5/2 became the youth groups forward and backward movement of the preferred end moves, most of the salto backward with 2/1 -3/1 as the end of direct action; and analyses the movement diffi- culties, arrangement, and connected way, and gets the results that man floor exercises ＇ tendency will focus on the skill＇ s difficulties and single flip of D group as ending movement of arrangement; Because of that part of the young referee in the scoring process experience is not enough, the difference is larger, resulting in individual performance does not represent the actual level of athletes.
