| 摘 要： | 实验利用SD大鼠为力竭运动模型,运动前通过联合给予和分别给予补充两种相似类型的外源性氨基酸Gln(谷氨酰胺glutamine,),和Tau(2-氨基乙磺酸即牛磺酸Taurine)联合制剂,检测运动后大鼠血清中丙二醛(MDA),血清过氧化清酶(CAT),谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量和活性的变化,以及血清白细胞介素(IL-2)水平的改变,探讨联合氨基酸制剂的给予对急性运动抗氧化和运动后免疫的协同或者拮抗影响。

| Abstract: | U seing SD rat for the exhaust exercise model,campaign to add and separate given similar types of exogenous amino acids Gln(L-glutamine),and Tau(2-B amino acid,Taurine acid)combined preparation,detect serum malondialdehyde(MDA),serum enzyme-peroxidation(CAT)and glutathion(GSH) content and activity changes,and serum levels of interleukin(IL-2) level change on the amino acid preparations for the movement of anti-oxidation and after immunization campaigns coordinated or antagonistic effects. |
