| 摘 要： | 酒店高端管理人才和专业经理人才紧缺的行业现状急需旅游管理本科专业人才培养模式改革。复合型应用性人才开放式培养模式是一种贯穿了情商教育、职业忠诚教育、国际化教学的全新模式，引入了贴合行业、与行业同步的新课程、新理念，构建了开放式的课程体系等。该培养模式从准确定位、科学制订培养方案、软硬件资源建设等方面全方位保障复合型应用性人才开放式培养目标的顺利实现。
