| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法、访问调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,结合目前我国篮球后备人才培养,分析新赛季CBA联赛外援使用新政策对我国篮球竞技水平的提高与发展带来的制约和影响作用。通过研究得到：在目前CBA联赛外援的制度下,各支球队过分依赖外援的发挥平均出场比赛时间达到了41.2分钟,大大缩减了年轻队员的比赛锻炼机会;在目前我国后备力量的培养模式下,这种制度非常不利于我国篮球竞技水平的快速提高和突破。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review,investigation and mathematical statistics,combining with the talent reservation cultivation of our basketball,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of new policy on foreign players in CBA league in new season. The result shows that under the current system of foreign players,the average match time per game of foreign players of each team reaches 41.2min,this leads to less opportunity for young player to practice.
