摘    要:形成学力是学习和学业的目的所在,在学力形成过程中多种因素都不同程度地影响着学力。其中,成就动机就是重要因素之一。成就动机的价值取向如何以及激发的程度怎样都会对学力的获得与形成产生不同的影响。所以,应采取相应的策略引导学生,使其成就动机有利于促进合理的学力结构的形成,并提高学生学力,从而更顺利有效地学习。

Abstract:It is the purpose of studying to form academic attainments, it should be influenced by many kinds of factors in different degree during the course of forming academic attainments. Among them, the achievement motive is one of the important factors. The value orientation of achievement motive and the stimulated degree will exert different influence on academic attainments. So, we should adopt the corresponding tactics to guide students. It would be helpful to promote the rational forming of academic attainments; and improve student' s academic attainments.
