用多输出的CMOS跨导器实现多功能二阶滤波器

通过对多输出的CMOS跨导器传输特性的研究，给出了实现二阶OTA—C滤波器的电路结构和电流传递函数。该电路通过三个CMOS模拟开关的通、断，不用改变电路的拓扑结构就能实现较高频段又易于集成的低通、高通、带通、带阻、全通等多种滤波功能。用PSPICE进行MOS管级的模拟，结果表明电路可获得多种滤波功能并实现滤波参数的片外电调节。

Realization of multiple functions second - order filter by use of multi - output CMOS trans - conductor

The paper gives realization second-order OTA-C filter circuit structural and current transfer function of filter by researching the transmission property of multi-output CMOS trans-condutor.This circuit multiple filter functions are achieved without modifying the biquad topology by means of three CMOS analog switches producing the following filtering functions:lowpass,highpass,bandpass,notch and allpass, higher frenquency range as well as easily intergrate. It is showed that circuit can get various filtering function and realization the regulation of filter parameter using external bias current or voltage by MOS pipe level imitation with PSPICE.
