再论高校学生工作的专业化

高校学生工作走专业化之路是大势所趋,但目前存在着将专业化等同于职业化、以专职化替代专业化等误区。实现专业化既需要培训,更要形成专业情意,并在职业发展的基础上,积极争取外部环境的支持。同时,还要分析学生工作专业化的弊端,进行长远制度设计,以推动学生工作的健康发展。

A Further Discussion of the Professionalization of Student Work in Universities

It is an irreversible trend for student work in universities to be professionalized.However,several problems manifest themselves in the implementation,such as the equation of professionalization with occupation,or its simplification into a separate post for student management.In order to achieve real professionalization of student work,the university needs to open training programs and select those candidates who are willing to devote themselves into this career.Moreover,on the basis of career development of teachers in charge of the student work,the university needs to gain support from external environment.The shortcomings in the present professionalization process needs to be looked into and a long-term program needs to be set up,so as to provide a long-lasting momentum for the student work in institutions of higher education.
