“台阶式”程序教学在排球教学中的应用

摘    要:"台阶式"程序教学是将某个教学内容的教学目标有目的、有意识地编制成两个或者两个以上由低级到高级呈递进关系的子教学目标,让学生在教学过程中轻松地由低到高逐步完成每一级教学目标。在排球教学中的运用结果表明:在教学时数、器材、教师和课外辅导相同的条件下,"台阶式"程序教学优于传统教学模式,更加有助于学生对排球技术的掌握,收到了良好的教学效果。

Abstract:The procedure teaching of step model is to purposely and consciously make the teaching aim of some teaching content into two or more sub-teaching aims,which shows the successive relationship from the lower to higher degree,so that the students can easily finish every teaching aim in the teaching procedure.The application result in volleyball teaching shows: although the teaching hours,equipments,the teacher and tutoring after school are all the same,the procedure teaching of step model is superior to the traditional one.It contributes to the students better grasp of playing volleyball skills and achieves a better teaching effect.
