| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation of R&D in university,this paper discusses the influence of participating WTO on R&D of university.It also suggests some countermeasures,such as pushing out the strategy of human resources,intelligent property right and strengthening the cooperation among industry,university and scientific institute s etc. |
