试论哈贝马斯的商谈伦理思想

哈贝马斯在交往行动理论的基础上提出了商谈伦理学,指出交往行动实质上是主体之间以语言为媒介的商谈（对话）关系。商谈是其核心概念,普遍化原则和话语原则是其两大原则,认知主义和程序主义是其基本特征。通过商谈伦理学的建构,完成了他的交往理论的论证过程,把理论层面的交往理性扩展到实践层面的交往理性,并将商谈伦理学作为交往行为理论的有机组成部分,共同构成批判的社会理论的规范基础。

Habermas＇Discourse Ethic Ideology

On the basis of the theory of communicative action,Habermas put forward the theory of discourse ethic ideology.He proposed that communicative actions are essentially a discourse relationship between the main bodies with language as the media.In his theory,discourse is a core concept with the generalization principle and the discourse principle as its two main principles and cognitive doctrine and procedure doctrine as its basic feature.By building the theory of discourse ethic ideology,Habermas finished the reasoning process of his communicative theory,extended the communicative sense to the practical level from the theoretical level.By taking the theory of discourse ethic ideology as a organic part of communicative action theory,a standard basis of the critical social theory was built.
