网络环境下远程教育质量的研究

正确理解和把握远程教育的质量是远程教育发展的重要课题。必须具有正确的远程教育质量观，树立适应社会发展需要的、多层次、动态的质量观；为了有效地保证远程教育质量，要把实现培养目标作为提高远程质量的出发点，抓住教学过程的质量管理和网络课程教学质量两个中心环节，不断提高师生的信息能力。

The Research on Quality of the Distance Education under the Network Environment

Quality control has become one of the most important subjects of the development of distance education. We must possess the correct understanding of quality control of distance education and establish a dynamic and multi-level quality conception to fit the social development. We should take the realization of cultivation target as the starting point to raise the distance education quality. Also in order to assure the quality of distance education, importance must be attached to two center links: the quality control of the teaching processes and the quality of curriculum.
