我国公共体育设施供需矛盾与解决路径

公共体育设施具有明显的公共品特征，是开展群众体育运动的必要条件。通过对公共体育设施经济学性质分析，表明公共体育设施供需矛盾的出现不应仅从政府供给不足的角度认定，需求的特殊性也决定了公共体育设施供需矛盾的出现具有逻辑上的必然性。为解决公共体育设施供需矛盾，主要应从供需两个方面入手：供给方面应该积极探索多样性供给模式，特别要重视引导企业和个人供给模式；需求方面应该注重需求偏好显示，引导公众建立科学的多层次锻炼方式。

Solution to the Contradiction between Supply and Demand of ChinesePublic Sports Facilities

With the obvious feature of public product, the public sports facilities are the necessary conditions of developing the mass sports. by analyzing the economic nature of public sports facilities, the paper indicates that the occurrence of its contradiction between supply and demand should be considered not only from the government supply shortage, but also from its demand particularity which decides the logical inevitability. in order to resolve the contradiction, it suggests starting from supply and demand. in the aspect of supply, it should be to actively explore the diversity mode and especially pay attention to the enterprise and individual mode. in the aspect of demand, it should be to guide a scientific multi–level exercise mode to the mass appetite.
