长三角区域空间整合的若干思考

近年来,长江三角洲地区一系列大型交道设施项目的推进,给长三角经济社会发展带来了新的变量,将使区域生产力配置格局发生深刻的变化。这就要求上海大都市圈周边和环太湖地区,必须加快产业组织和结构布局的调整,加强从制造、物流到贸易、金融的分工协作和对接联动。特别是应在经济资源整合的基础上,跨越行政分割,发展企业联盟,完善市场网络,从而逐步走向区域经济社会的一体化发展。

Reflections upon the Regional Integration of the Yangtze River Area

The construction of several large-scale transportation facilities in the Yangtze River Peninsular in recent years brings about new forces to the development of the region,which will significantly change the regional distribution of industrial resources. The changes require Shanghai and Circum-Taihu Lake Region to speed up the modulation and integration of the industrial organization and distribution,and to strengthen co-ordination and cooperation of sectors including manufacturing,logistics,trade and finance. Based on economic resources integration,the integrated regional socio-economy can be achieved with more enterprise leagues and better market network and without administrative division.
