| 摘 要： | 本文在辨析产业共性技术、产业集群概念和特征的基础上，分析了二者之间的关系，认为产业共性技术促进了产业集群的形成，产业集群促进了产业共性技术的发展，并总结了在产业集群内促进产业共性技术发展的模式。最后．提出了通过产业共性技术研发和产业集群发展促进区域经济发展的具体政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the discrimination of the concepts and characters of industrial generic technology and industry cluster, the relations between them were analyzed. The paper believes that the industrial generic technology boosts the formation of industry cluster; the industry cluster advances the development of industrial generic technology. It summarizes the main model of industry cluster for advancing the development of industrial generic technology. At the end, some policy advices of that through industrial generic technology and industry cluster development to advance region economy development are proposed. |
