秦岭雨蛙染色体组型C-带和Ag-NORs分析

本文采用秋水仙素—低渗—空气干燥法制作染色体标本 ,用骨髓细胞作材料 ,对秦岭雨蛙染色体组型、C 带和Ag NORs作了观察分析。结果表明秦岭雨蛙 2n =2 4 ,由 6对大型染色体和 6对小型染色体组成 ,有中部或亚中部、亚端部三类染色体 ,未发现异型性染色体。次缢痕出现在No .1 1染色体的长臂上 ;一对Ag NORs在No .1 1 ;全部染色体的着丝点区域C—带正染

Analysis of Chromosome Complement C-Belt and Ag-NORs of Qinling Rainfrogs

Using colchi cine lou concentration air drying method to make Chromosome Specimen and using marrow cells as material,this paper makes an analysis of the chromasome complement C Belt and Ag NORs of Qinling Rainfrogs.The result shows that Qinling Rainfrogs '2n=24 is made up of six pairs of large Chromosome and six pairs of small Chromosome and of three types of chromosome named submeta centric chromosome,subtelocentric Chromosome and trelocentric chromosome.No special chromosomes are found.The result also shows that the secondary constriction and a pair of Ag NORs appear on the long part of No.11 chromosome and the centric spots of all the chromosomes main dye in the C Belt.
