树立正确的利益观与思想政治教育

在社会主义市场经济条件下，利益关系普遍存在，人们的利益观复杂多样。思想政治教育树立正确的利益观，体现了辩证唯物主义的基本原理，是取得实效的重要原因，也是引导人们正确看待和处理利益问题的思想保证。思想政治教育在引导人们树立正确的利益观的过程中，要坚持合目的性与合规律性的统一；利益与理想的统一；个人利益与社会利益的统一。思想政治教育活动过程中树立正确的利益观要运用利益分析方法有针对性地开展工作；要协调社会各种利益关系和化解利益矛盾；要建立利益激励机制来促进自身的改革与发展。

Establishing Healthy Views on Interests & Ideological and Political Education

Under the conditions of socialist market economy, various interest relations commonly exist and there are different kinds of views on interests among people. Ideological and political education involves establishing healthy views on interests because it shows the basic principles of dialectical materialism and also is the important reason for getting good education effects and the ideological guarantee of educating people to see and deal with interest problems rightly. Then, the paper points out the measures to lead people how to do. People must adhere to the unity of purposefulness and regularity, of interests and ideals and of personal interests and social interests. Ideological and political education requires applying interest analysis method to work, coordinating various interest relations and resolving interest problems, establishing interest incentive mechanism to reform and improve itself.
