| 摘 要： | 在新课程背景下，校长角色与以往发生很大的变化，除了要把学校工作理顺，还应当根据新课程的要求确定学校的办学理念，做好新理念的传播工作，组织好校本研究，开发校本课程，出面协调课程资源的开发以及更新管理理念等工作。
