Abstract: | With the reform and promotion of China's education system, teaching ideas should also be actively transformed in u-niversities, formulating more scientific teaching programs based on students' practical requirements of learning, so as to improve the comprehensive quality of university students. The teaching quality of public selective courses, as the important courses improving the comprehensive quality of university students, will directly influence the learning quality of students. Therefore, in future teaching, related university departments should attach im-portance to the construction of public selective courses, and con-struct a more improved teaching system, thus providing a favorable environment for students' development. Through exploring the problems existing in the humanistic and social science selective courses in the current science and engineering universities, this paper attempts to enhance teaching management and improve the curriculum design for public selective courses, so as to ultimately improve the humanistic quality of university students. |
