| Abstract: | The party constitution is the internal requirement to strengthen the building of Chinese Communist Party itself.Legal system is the external constraints to strengthen the building of the Party itself.To build the Party according to the party constitution and legal system has intrinsic consistency to enhance the scientific level of building the Chinese Communist Party. |
