| 摘 要： | 第二次鸦片战争后,闽浙总督左宗棠从巩固海防的目的出发,筹建了福州船政局并设立了中国第一所海军制造学校———福州船政学堂,以培养海军人才,并先后聘用了很多外籍人员。这些外籍雇员通过在学堂中从事教育、管理工作,对我国近代军事人才培养产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | After the Second Opium War,in order to reinforce the naval force,Zuo Zongtang,governor of Fujian and Zhejiang,established Foochow Warship Manufacturing Bureau,exerted plenty of efforts on its affiliated Technique Training School aiming to train professionals in navy and hired a lot of foreign employees.Through their educational and administrative work in the school,they played an important role in the history of Chinese military modernization. |
