| 摘 要： | 学风建设事关学校的发展。学风建设需要教师的教育、示范和引导。在分析了我院教师履行教书育人职责存在的不足的基础上,提出要强化育人意识,发挥主导作用,培育良好学风。在工作中要以教育树学风、以教风促学风、以纪律正学风、以管理建学风、以榜样带学风、以氛围育学风。
