| 摘 要： | 人力资源是台湾现代经济高速发展的关键。台湾与福建在民间人力资本投资动机、人才就业分布、高素质人才现状、科教投入、科技产出等方面有许多相似之处。因此 ,加强福建与台湾人才开发的合作 ,对两岸经济发展具有重要意义。
