| 摘 要： | 校企合作创新已成为企业获取新技术的一种重要手段，技术许可是当前校企业合作创新的主要方式，但技术许可中存在的信息不对称问题对校企合作创新的效率产生不利影响。本文运用博弈论的基本理论和方法，构建了校企合作创新的博弈模型，分析了校企间信息不对称技术许可合作的创新过程，并对相关参数进行了估算。

| Abstract: | Industry-university cooperative innovation is an important means to obtain technologies,but the problem of non-symmetries information on technology licensing becomes a major obstacle in the industry-university cooperative innovation.This paper uses basic game theory and model to research the process of non-symmetric information technology licensing on SMEs-university cooperative innovation,and estimates the relative parameters. |
