摘    要:师资流失已是地方高校不容回避的现实问题,它对师资队伍稳定、现有教学氛围、声誉、师资管理工作、人才引进产生诸多不良影响。地方高校应采取多元性举措,稳定现有师资队伍;培养和建立第二梯队;适当储备人才;注重人本关怀;师资建设上实行引进为辅、培养为主的指导方针;注重师德建设,减少师资隐性流失;塑造和培养名师团队,达到弱化负面影响、稳定教学质量和提高自身生存能力的目标。

Abstract:Brain drain,an inevitable probem in regional higher institutions,has some unfavourable influence on the stability of the teachers on hand,the teaching atmosphere,the reputatoin of the college,the management of the teachers and the introduction of qualified personnel.This situation will not change unless regional colleges and universities take effective measures to stablize the existing teachers,to build up a leveled teaching personnel,to humanize the management,to prioritize the training of the existing teachers rather than introduction of new teachers,to strengthen the teachers' moral character and to build a team of quality.
