| 摘 要： | 体育教学中往往忽视了过程评价这一重要环节，忽视了学生的个体差异和评价的动态发展作用。在过程评价中，利用自评与互评进行课堂教学可以使教师更好地了解学生的学习情况；能够加深学生对体育课程学习内容的更多把握。
