摘    要:校长在校本课程开发中具有多种角色:校本课程体系的建设者、校本课程开发的组织者、校本课程开发氛围的造势者、校本课程开发决策人中的首席、校本课程开发条件的创造者、校本课程开发制度文化的建构者。唯有如此,中小学才有可能实施真正意义上的校本课程开发。

Abstract:Principals play different roles in the implementation f Curriculum: the constructor of the regulations and systems,the organizer of the implementation,the facilitator of the atmosphere,the chairperson of the decision-making,and the creator of the conditions.Only in this way can the curriculum in primary and middle schools be truly implemented.
