锦江水污染监测的藻类初步研究

摘    要:为了在锦江丰富的藻类中寻找水污染监测和治理的新型藻类,本研究于2007年在枯水期和洪水初期对锦江不同区段共采集107个样,通过多重比较、相关和回归分析及电脑采集显微图象比较,结果表明:在枯水期和洪水初期,水体生物密度可以作为监测锦江水污染的参考指标;260nm的吸光值可用来衡量锦江水体生物密度的大小,也可作为锦江水污染监测的一个参考指标;藻类分布的密度和种类在主要污染源区及其上下游之间有明显的差异,种类上表现为硅藻>蓝藻>绿藻>其他藻类;硅藻门、蓝藻门、绿藻门和裸藻门等藻类门中的一些种类可能是锦江水污染监测的藻类。

Abstract:In order to seek new algae in Jinjiang River to monitor water pollution,107 samples at different sampling sites in the river were analyzed during the low water period and floodwater early period in 2007.By analyse of multiple comparisons and correlations and regressions and comparisons to algae micrograph in computer at different sampling sites,the results indicated that it was reasonable that the density of water biology was used as index for monitoring Jinjiang River Pollution.The absorbencies of 260nm which can be used as indexes for monitoring Jinjiang River Pollution may evaluate the density of water biology.There were obviously different in the density and kind of algae at different sampling sites.The kind quantity order which was from more to less was Bacillariophyta>Cyanophyta>Chlorophta>others.It was possible that the especial kinds which belong to Bacillariophyta or Cyanophyta or Chlorophta or Euglenophta etc.were used as index for monitoring Jinjiang River Pollution.
