惠州市中青年科级干部培训需求的调查与思考

摘    要:培训需求是培训的灵魂,是增强培训工作针对性、实效性的关键.通过三年的跟踪和调查发现,当前惠州市中青年科级干部培训呈现目的需求时代性、内容需求多元性、形式需求多样性、渠道需求开放性、管理需求规范性的特点,同时培训工作存在着培训理念滞后、培训资源匮乏、培训者知识结构单一等问题,难以适应干部培训的时代化需求、社会化需求和多元化需求.因此,进一步推进惠州市中青年科级干部培训工作要将充分发挥主渠道作用和开拓辅渠道相结合,将满足组织发展需求和满足个人成长需求相结合,将发扬党校教育优良传统和大胆实践现代培训方法相结合.
