| 摘 要： | 本研究在对国内及天津市竞技网球运动现状调查的基础上,采用SWOT法对天津市竞技网球运动的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了系统分析。研究结果表明:天津市竞技网球运动具有良好的发展基础,而且市委市政府高度重视,坚持超常超快的"金牌战略"为天津市竞技网球运动发展提供机遇;决策管理层不能优化整体功能、科技为先导型的训练模式运用不够以及国际与国内竞技网球运动竞争的日趋激烈和快速发展是目前天津市竞技网球运动发展所面临的主要挑战。

| Abstract: | The article systematically analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Tianjin's competitive tennis sports through SWOT analysis based on the survey about its status quo.The results show that Tianjin's competitive tennis sports have a good developing foundation,that the government attaches importance to and sticks to the Gold Strategy which provide a good opportunity for it,that the management can't optimize the total function and can't fully utilize technology-oriented training pattern,that prime challenge to Tianjin's competitive tennis sports is the fierce competition and rapid development of the sport home and abroad. |
