基于发展区域经济下的校企合作新模式——高职院校校企合作创新模式的探讨

校企合作是一种以市场和社会需求为导向的办学运行机制,是学校和企业双方共同参与的人才培养过程,是体现高职院校办学特色的重要途径之一。脱离了企业,学校就没有了教学改革之源;离开了企业,教学改革就成为无源之水,必须多渠道、多模式地加强校企合作建设。通过校企合作,改革高职教育模式,形成高职教育特色,促进校企双方协同发展,进一步推动区域经济与社会可持续发展。高职院校校企合作创新模式要立足于发展区域经济,着重于培养具备可持续发展能力的高职人才、创新进程中更要完善法规体系,让校企合作成为新形势下学校和企业共同发展的战略要求。
