政治社会化与基层自治式民主拓展

政治社会化,就是政治关系与政治活动逐步由国家回归社会的过程与结果,包括政治关系社会化和政治生活社会化,它是人类社会政治发展的普世规律;具有中国特色的社会主义政治,也必然遵循这一普世规律,逐步从国家政治转向社会政治;这一转化,是一个自上而下与自下而上相结合的过程,首先从社会基层自治领域展开,即努力扩大自治式民主的层级范围,扩大自治组织的自治权力范围,限制国家对自治式民主的直接干预,拓展和完善自治组织内部个人主体参与自治的渠道和范围。

Political Socialization and the Extension of Autonomous Democracy

Political socialization refers to the process and the result of the returning of political relations and activities from the state to the society, which is the universal law of the development of politics. Socialistic politics of distinct Chinese characters is also no exception, and is gradually changing from state politics to social politics. The changing is a whole process combined by top-down and bottom-up models, and begins from within the autonomous region of the basic units of the society, which means the extension of autonomous democracy, the extension of power in autonomous authorities, and the control of the state＇s direct intervention on autonomous democracy.
