| 摘 要： | “德教”是中国古代文官制度中的重要内容和特点．它显示了中国文化崇尚“德治”与“仁政”的特殊禀赋，也使古代乡村治理呈现出鲜明的“以礼训人”的特点。“德教”传播了仁爱思想．推动了古代教育和文明的发展，也促进了民生问题的改善。

| Abstract: | Moral instruction is a significant content and feature in the ancient Chinese official system. It reveals the special features of focus on ＂moral administration＂ and ＂political morality＂ in Chinese culture, and also embodies ＂teaching people by morale＂ in the administration of ancient Chinese villages. ＂Moral administration＂ spread the thought of benevolence, promoted education and civilization in ancient China, and contributed to the improvement of people＇s livelihood issues. |
