| 摘 要： | 在思想政治工作贯通高校人才培养体系全过程视域下,高校思想政治工作的主体、客体、介体等三个基本构成要素发生了显著的变化。这些变化了的要素及其相互作用直接影响到高校思想政治工作主要矛盾的变化发展,使其呈现出鲜明的时代特征。基于思想政治工作贯通高校人才培养体系全过程视域下高校思想政治工作主要矛盾的变化,着手加强和改进高校思想政治工作,有助于落实立德树人的总目标,提升高校思想政治工作的实效性。

| Abstract: | The three basic constitutive elements,i.e.subject,object and medium,of college ideological and political work change significantly when ideological and political work is to run through the entire process of personnel training.This paper discusses the main issues to be resolved as a result of the change,exploring ways to improve and strengthen college ideological and political work and achieve the fundamental goal of producing professionally competent and morally upright personnel. |
