| 摘 要： | 在控制论和神经网络思想的基础上提出复杂系统的自组织建模理论，并以自组织模型研究国家宏观经济政策对成都区域经济的影响。定量说明各政策在不同时段发挥的作用。另外也建模比较各因素对全国整体的作用水平，得出成都经济发展的自身特点。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of cybernetics and neural networks,self-organization method is presented enabling modeling complex systems.In this paper a self-organization model is developed to research the influence of macroeconomic policies upon Chengdu's local economy.And Chengdu's characteristics are educed when compared with the national model. |
