| Abstract: | In order to cultivate students'core competence of English subject,it is urgent to improve primary and secondary school English teachers'professional core competence.The strategies to improve the professional core competence of primary and secondary school English teachers are as follows:strengthening professional training,learning the new curriculum standards,and improving the professional level;strengthening the training of basic teaching skills and improve professional skills;strengthening the study of educational theory and improve the core competence of English major;strengthening the exchange of teaching and research,learn from each other,to create an efficient classroom under the core competence. |
