| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生就业形势的日趋严峻对高校就业工作提出了更高的要求。本文通过分析目前高校的就业形势及毕业生面临的主要问题,提出如何构建新形势下的就业指导工作体系,促进学生就业,提高就业率和就业质量。
