| Abstract: | In rural areas,among three types of agreements supporting parents,there are a lot of problems in the type of supporting parents respectively by agreement.After analyzing the causes,legal features and legal validity of these problems,this paper holds that this agreement is only partly valid and there are proper ways to improve it. |
