| 摘 要： | 经济制度正义实质上是一种价值，经济制度正义状况关系到制度功能的有效发挥，影响经济效益，社会主义经济制度正义是对资本主义经济制度正义的扬弃，当代中国社会主义市场经济制度正义应包含社会基本权利的平等分配；个人所享受的权利与责任，义务基本对应相等等三大目标。

| Abstract: | The justice of the economic system is virtually a kind of value, which has relations with the functions of the economic system, and influences the efficiency of economy.The justice of the socialist economic system abandonment of the justice of capitalist economic system. The justice of the Chinese socialist market economy system today should pursue the following main targets:the equal allotment of basic social rights, and the symmetry of rights and responsibilities of every individual person. |
