| 摘 要： | 平衡计分卡是将组织的战略落实为可操作的衡量指标和目标值的一种新型绩效管理体系。采用平衡计分卡来评价数字图书馆是站在从战略和系统工程的视野上来评价数字图书馆运营状况。从财务、客户、内部运营流程、学习与成长四个角度来建立基于平衡计分卡的数字图书馆评价指标体系,并结合头脑风暴法与层次分析法来确立各指标的权重。
