健身运动与健康长寿的关系再辨析

摘    要:运用文献资料、社会调查、归纳演绎等研究方法,从人体科学和体育学的视角,对健身运动与健康长寿的关系进行探索,认为从积极有效地改善人体新陈代谢的状况来看,健身运动的作用是任何方法和药物都无法替代的。健身运动可以提高人体的新陈代谢,使人体各器官、系统充满活力,从而达到增强体质、延年益寿的目的。社会调查表明,许多长寿老人的共同经验,就是经常从事适时、适量、适度的健身运动和体力活动。

Abstract:Documents,materials,social investigation,deduction and induction,etc.,were used in the essay to explore the relation between physical exercise and longevity from the view of human science and sports study.In terms of improving human metabolism effectively,the function of exercise will not be substituted by anything.Exercise can improve body metabolism and make every organ and system invigorating,at last achieve the purpose of body-building and longevity.According to social survey,it's said by many of the long-lived that the common experience of longevity is to take physical exercise properly.
