| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法对2007—2008学年渭南师院大学生体质健康标准测试的数据进行分析,并以事实为依据找出渭南师院学生体质现况与全国大学生的体质健康标准存在的差距,并提出建议,达到引导体育教师指导学生进行体育锻炼,增强体质水平的目的.

| Abstract: | Based on bibliography and using testing methods and mathematical statistics,the paper analyzes the data of the physical health standard testing in Weinan Teachers University,and then finds the gaps of physical condition between students from Weinan Teachers University and national universities.Finally,the paper gives suggestions in order to correctly guide students to rightly take exercises and strengthen physique. |
