| 摘 要： | 中职院校德育课是培养中职生职业素养、思想品德的重要课程。十九大会议上对中国青年的德育教育和思想精神追求也提出了新的要求,新时期中职德育教育面临的形势和任务也有了较大的转变。中职院校德育老师应结合十九大精神,创新德育课教学工作,为祖国培养爱岗敬业的四有青年。
